The “Association des amis de Jansem” is a non-profit, private association based in Geneva.
The purpose of the association is as follows:
1. To support and promote worldwide the work and memory of the artist Jean Jansem (1920-2013), and as such, to establish the attestations concerning the works of the artist;
2. To promote his contribution in the history of the art of the XXth century;
3. To collect and preserve all documentation related to the life and work of this artist;
4. To organize or collaborate in exhibition or publication projects that would include works or comment on the life and work of the artist;
5. To publish articles, books, catalogs, magazines or any other document related to the life and work of Jean Jansem.
6. To finalize the critical catalog of Jean Jansem’s works; to this end, to carry out in particular shots, announcements…
7. To organize and manage cultural and artistic events (exhibitions, site visits, animations, conferences) related to Jean Jansem and his artistic work.
8. To put in relation the collectors and amateurs of the work of Jean Jansem;
